if you are using the correct version of diskwarrior (compatible with your operating system version) then there is probably nothing you can do but a full erase and install. can you still boot up and back up your data, or do you already have a backup?? have you tried booting to the install disk for the current operating system and running disk repair??
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106214 i assume that if you are using the correct version of diskwarrior, then disk utility will report errors which cannot be repaired. if that is the case you can try the directions for fsck, but this often won't do anything. let me know how it's going.
