writing text on chalkboard effect
what program can i use, or, what can i use to have a blackboard and have it appear as someone is writing on it with chalk?

If you don't need to see the hand, use Livetype.
In the media browser, choose the livefont - 'Hand' - in the 'timing' tab (in the inspector), make the 'sequence' value greater than the length of the clip.
Go to the effects tab in the media browser and choose the 'effects' tab, select 'type' and hit 'apply'. In the inspector, drag the 'sequence' setting to zero.
Change the text colour to white (select the text track, then go to the 'attributes' tab in the inspector) and the background to black ('edit' - 'project properties' - 'background colour')
