Pimp My safari questions

I can't find instructions on the plug ins that PMS offers... dumb question but how do these work? i.e. how do i install them?

I downloaded a .dmg and I got the following files

compass.icns
PimpMySafari.icontainer

plus an empty PimpMySafari folder....

what do I do with all this?
