Edited IP Address changes to 0.0.0.0
I support our clients with ARD and two of them now have the following problem:
Each has a router, with the appropriate ports forwarded. I have the appropriate user id's and passwords to log in. I have done so successfully to these machines in the past.
Now, when I go to edit the ip address for the router, I press done and it immediately changes to 0.0.0.0
One is running 10.3.9, the other is 10.4.x.
When on site for the client running 10.4.x, connected to his internal network, I could connect with ARD using the router IP address. But, back in my office, it reverts to 0.0.0.0.
Any ideas?
