Export contacts from MS Entourage Mac Adress Book

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to import my contacts from MS Entourage to Mac OS X Adress Book. Address Book requires the exported file to be in vCARD, LDIF or LDAP format, and Entourage won't do any of those export formats, unless I'm just dumb and am missing something. Please help with any tips if you can. This is part of my effort to eradicate all dependence on any Microsoft product, or Bill Gates (or is Gill Bates?). Thanks.

If you have a properly updated version of Entourage then open Entourage. Create an empty folder on your Desktop - click on the Desktop then press SHIFT-COMMAND-N. Now select all your contacts in Entourage and drag them to the new folder on the Desktop. You will now have a folder of vCards. Open Address Book and use the Import->vCard item from the File menu and import the contents of that folder.

Why reward points?(Quoted from Discussions Terms of Use.)
The reward system helps to increase community participation. When a community member gives you (or another member) a reward for providing helpful advice or a solution to their question, your accumulated points will increase your status level within the community.
Members may reward you with 5 points if they deem that your reply is helpful and 10 points if you post a solution to their issue. Likewise, when you mark a reply as Helpful or Solved in your own created topic, you will be awarding the respondent with the same point values.
