Can I view YUV colors on my external monitor while working in FCP?

Hi!
I am running my edited video out through my camera to a basic 13in NTSC television. My colors look good all the way up until DVD Studio Pro converts the RGB to YUV. So is there a way to view your FCP work, on the fly, through and external NTSC monitor in YUV? I'm using FCP 5.0.4.
Thanks to anyone who can help!

absolutely awful piece of crap for video work!

you will not see a true display of your colors with this kit, it is converting a low quality (rgb) vga signal to composite video ... yuk.

if you are editing DV then use your camera or deck's built in harware (or another dv bridge) to convert the raw data from the timline to yuv for display
