using ituens from public library computer

Is there a way doe someone who doesn't own a computer to be able to install itunes on a public computer--let's say at the library? Or would that just open them up to all sorts of privacy issues? Also, does itunes offer some sort of pre-pay program to purchase downloaded music? So one wouldn't have to use their credit card?

If you are using the computer at the library, you undoubtedly have user access but not administrative access. Thus you would be able to use programs already installed on the computer, but would not be able to install new programs.

Buy an iTunes gift card at a retail store. But not until you solve your dilemma in the previous paragraph.
