i was listening to music and suddenly sound stopped coming out of one side so i plugged them into my computer and sure enough, only one side of the headphone seams to be working
hmm okay i filled everything out and what not... but now what do i do??
like are they going to send me some kind of box to send the defective headphones to them in or do i just put them in an envelope and mail it?? if so what address??
k wait, im confused. What are you telling me, either A or B??
A) They are going to send me new headphones. After I recieve the new headphones, I must send the defective headphones to them in the box that the new headphones came in.
is that what you're telling me? or is it this:
B) I must send the defective headphones to them first, then when they receive the headphones they will repair them.
sorry to be stupid (im canadian lol plz excuse me) but 1 more question: about how long will this take for the new headphones to arrive?? ie. days, weeks, months ???

hmm headphones, my friend said he was able to return his ipod headphones at an apple store and they replaced it with one of the old style headphones... hope that helps
Yes, you will receive a new set of headphones.
Send the old ones back in the package you received them in and you should not get charged.
If you do not return them, you will get charged.
