pipe - key on belgian mac keyboard

Hi,

I am unable to create te unix pipe-symbol using my Belgian Mac keyboard.

Please help me find it.

I am an Wintel & Unix user that bought a Mac for fun & the Unix backend.

The Mac keyboard seems not up to the average Unix user, without that symbol scripting is difficult.

A quick look at 'Keyboard Viewer' in Belgian mode suggests ShiftAltl

Hi,

Thanks for indicating the key-combination and the means of obtaining it.

The keyboard viewer (dutch word: toetsenbordweergave) is helpfull.

I have to admit to prefer more keys printed on the keyboard itself.

I will have to get used to it or try to attach another (eg: qwerty) keyboard.
