Got Stargate SG1 episode delivered as Stargate Atlantis episode

The same thing happened to me, only I don't subscribe. I went to download the newest Stargate Atlantis & got SG1 instead!!

And this week's Atlantis doesn't seem to be available. Now I've seen the latest SG1 but I'm still missing Atlantis!!!

You can go to your store account by clicking on your log-in icon in the upper right corner of the store main page. Once in your account, go to your purchase history, then click on the "report a problem" link for this purchase to let the store know about this mix-up.

I have the same issue, I have been trying to find out how to contact I tunes about this and I can't find anything on this. I love this show and it frustrates me that either I dont get the show within 24 hours, or in this case the show is the wrong one. We all paid money for this service and personally I would like a pro-rated refund. I found that you can use amazon.com which updates alot faster than itunes and the video quality is alot better. I odn't know if you guys feel the same way that I do, but I feel like we got ripped off.

I reported the problem as well. I mean, it's cool that I got a new SG-1, but I'd like to know what I'm buying, and I'd like my Episode of Atlantis now that I actually paid for.

Ditto. Reported it. Would be nice if they fixed it gratis, but I understand if they can't. Either way it would be nice to get the actual SG: Atlantis Episode, as it looked quite entertaining 😟

Has ANYONE been able to get the correct file yet? This is insane!!! I also reported a problem but I havent had as much as a confirmation they know of the problem.

The same happened to me. Not very encouraging that Apple hasn't rectified the problem yet or informed anyone of the mistake. It seems that it is pretty obvious what has to be done...give us the episode that we paid for.

updates anyone? I got one email saying they received my support request and would look into it, haven't heard a peep since then, and we still don't have the 2 eps up in the store. What gives?

I contacted Apple and they are looking into it and will send me an email when it's resolved. Contact Apple at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/download/ (They respond in 24-48 hours).

I had the same problem. I followed one fellows advice in this very thread, went to my user account, pulled up my purchase history, navigated to the purchase in question, and sent Apple a report as to exactly what happened.

Less than 12 hours later, they sent me a reply apologizing for the problem, and set the episode to re-download.

It did.

It was the correct show: Tao of Rodney"

I'm watching it now. Had to pause the show to come here and let you know that it worked. 8-)
