"The iPod software update server could not be contacted"

I am currently trying to restore my iPod to its default firmware, but have run into an annoying problem. The message "The iPod software update server could not be contacted.
Make sure your network setting are correct and your network is active, or try again later."

I have already tried the presented solution on the support page and after much checking, unchecking, and rebooting; still nothing has changed. I not behind a proxy or have any association with a proxy server. My firewalls and anti-virus programs are diabled and still it does not work. I preformed a diagnostic test on iTunes, here are they results:

Solution or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
