SLIGHTLY OT: Distributing bandwidth amonsgt wireless users
I know this is slightly off-topic, but I couldn't find a closer forum to post this in.
Basically, my flatmate and I share one 2MB cable line via a Netgear wireless router.
He is constantly streaming TV, while I am generally just viewing web pages with the occasional file download when I notice slow speeds.
Is there any way to split the bandwidth in half so that it's 1MB for each of us and no borrowing?
