Search genre buttons greyed

On the search tab when I set the button view so that I can select by type (like best mix and then select drums or piano or what have you). All of these buttons are greyed out. Wasn't always that way 🙂

Now I looked at the setup section and I re-indexed my loops folder but these darn buttons are still grey.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
