AppleCare opening hours

What are the opening/operating hours of Apple UK's telephone tech support?

Also, do Apple UK still have tech support callcentres based in India, or have they moved them back to the UK/Ireland?

15" G4 PowerBook, 1.5GHz, Mac OS X (10.4.9), 1GB RAM

Mon to Fri - 8:00am to 7:45pm
Sat - 10:00am to 5:45pm

As far as call centers in India is concerned, I honestly don't know although I suspect the answer is yes. Can't remember the last time I had to call them.

For the record, I don't have anything against Indian callcentres, as long as they do a good job. Unfortunately, last time I phoned AppleCare, I think I was transferred to an Indian callcentre, and it was quite obvious the "assistant" on the other end of the phone could not understand what I was saying and had only been trained to understand certain words.

Mind you, the same can sometimes be said for UK callcentres, staffed with Brits...
