Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

iTunes (err = 9006) and (err = 504)

I converted/upgraded my available purchased songs to the newer format after downloading the 7.2 upgrade. Two or three of the songs downloaded but the rest either load part way or never process at all.

I eventually get a "song title . . . was interrupted. Check for new purchases in Store" In some cases I get the "stopped (err = 9006)"

In other cases I get "An unknown error occurred (504) Please check the connection to the network and try again?

Apparently there are many users having the exact same problem.

Anybody knows what's happening? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I did notice that if you go into the downloads and "Pause All" and then go through and click on the refresh or restart icon next to each, some of them may download at the regular speed while others will climb into several minutes. I was at 30 waiting and got about 5-6 right away. This may help some of you waiting on large loads.

I also noticed that the songs that are jamming in the download manager are also ones that had a hard time playing in the preview lists. Tobymac if anyone cares.

Try again now. I have had the same problem (err 9006 and err 504) but this morning I started iTunes up again and downloaded the album very quickly.

Yea, I was getting error 9006 for 2 days, and I e-mailed apple, but with no response, though they said they would get back to me in 24 hours. And today I woke up and instead of a 9006 error I am getting an 8000 error on the remaining files. This is 2 days later! And horribly annoying! What is going on here?

TRY IT NOW!!! I logged back in to iTunes and now everything is zipping into my downloads. Apparently the bug is fixed.

Files finally downloaded, and once they did I got an e-mail from Apple saying that they didn't see any problem, but no explanation of what the errors were, or why I kept getting them.

Apple finaly responded back with the routing apology letter. Gave a free song credit to my account. Im just glad its working. Im excited about the DRM free songs.

Took about 4 days to download 10 upgraded songs. Now iTunes askes for my account info on every start-up and crashes when trying to look at any video content, even clicking the "Movies" or "TV Shows" tabs causes it to crash. Is anybody else experiencing this?

On Friday night, late, I opened iTunes and wammo all the songs remaining came down pretty quickly. I noticed this morning Apple posted an interesting article that is somewhat related. I found it funny:
