Dark mode for icloud notes on microsoft edge doesn't work properly

Couldn't find anything for Edge, but if you use this in Windows Chrome, it works:

Did you find a work around? Im also using icloud/notes on edge browser on a windows pc and cant figure out how to make it dark mode. Why doesn't apple just have a "dark mode" button???

Notes can use a light background for notes while Dark Mode is turned on: Turn on Dark Mode, then open Notes and choose Notes > Settings (or Preferences). Deselect “Use dark backgrounds for note content.”

Any updates on this? If not, my bodged solution is to invert the screen colours (accessibility > colour filters).
