Purchased apps missing from App STore

The "Purchased " page is blank on my iPad. I can view categories, updates, etc. but none of my 50+ apps show on the purchased scReen. The individual apps appear on the desktop and are operational, but the stor does not show them.

Many people are writing about this all over the internet but no one seems to have a solutuion. Seems problem just fixes itself after awhile. There are so many complaints I can't understand why Apple isn't proactively communicating about this problem/solution..

You are correct there are two versions of Bento. But the only thing I had highlighted when checking the apps on my iPad was IPad. I also checked by selecting "not on iPad" and Bento still wasn't showing...even though I had purchased version 1.whatever the version it was. When purchasing apps on the iPad, if there are two versions of an app I always go for the iPad version because it's designed for that model. If they are universal...meaning you can get the same app for *both* ipad and iphone, then I have no choice.

I did find I had two versions of Bento on the iPad after purchasing version 4. I verified it by selecting Managing apps and noticed two copies of it. I selected the one that said version 1.2 whatever and deleted it. But before I purchased version 4 of Bento, I noticed I was presented with the pricing for both the iPad and the iPhone version. I obviously chose the iPad version. In both choices I wasn't given the option to "install" because apparently the vendor wouldn't allow "upgrades" when major updates to new iterations are released.

Hope this helps.

On iPad 2 I first signed into apple store app with existing apple id and password, then tapped on purchases on navigation bar at bottom of screen, and received msg, "Can not connect to iTunes Store".

I signed out of the apple store app, and then went to settings > store > tapped sign-in to sign in with existing apple id and password, which was successful.

I then opened apple store app, then tapped on purchases on navigation bar at bottom of screen, and then all my apps under "all" or "not on iPad" appeared.

I hope this helps, as it worked for me.
