I found a solution for this issue. You need to have a backup of your phone with versino 6.1.4.

1- Download 6.1.4 IPSW (you can google for it, it's easy to find)

2- Enter restore mode on your iPhone (Hold home button and plug in the thunderbolt connector)

3- Press the Restore software button while pressing Alt on your keyboard

4- Choose the IPSW that you downloaded before and let it restore

5- Restore your phone (after being on 6.1.4) to your backup in order to recover all of your settings/apps

6- Update to iOS7

This of course is only a solution for those who reset/had problems installing iOS. It also requires you to have a backup of your phone (if you don't, you really should have).

Hope this helps!
