Problems with iCal sync

Everything else was fine, just problems with iCal. How can I fix it?

iMac 4, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

I have tried all the suggested fixes, reseting the iSync history and not syncing anything older than 10 days, but it still does not work.

What else can I try ?

My phone is running 1.0.2 of the firmware.
My MBP is fully patched 10.4
