Call Forwarding Message on Outgoing Calls

Everytime I place an outgoing call a text box pops up and says "Call Forwarding Enabled. Dismiss?" I dismiss and the call goes ahead as planned. I have not enable call forwarding in settings and I have checked and double checked that it is not enabled, yet I still get this message when placing a call. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

I found it annoying when I thought I had to respond to the message and select dismiss, but now that I know it just goes away on it's own it is no big deal to me. I find it to be bit of OVER KILL on AT&Ts part because wat is the liklyhood that someone will call at the sametime I make a call and if they do just send it to voicemail and notify me of the voicemail. I have not used the other call forwarding features since I use only my iphone. If there are problems with the call forwarding I would contact apple as they seem to be the only ones who know about the iphone and how it should work.
