Powerbook 1.5 GHz PowerPC G4, 1.5GB DDR SDRAM,
Mac OS X (10.4.10)
JAWBONE hands down. I was talking to a friend one morning. I decided to test out the NC to see if it really worked. I put the TV on blast and had some receipts that needed to be shredded. My shredder is quite loud. all this while talking to her. When I was done, I asked her if at anytime during the conversation did she hear noise. She replied back with what noise. That remark sold me 100% that i did not pay $80.00 bucks for nothing. The device is well worth the investment. Go for it. You will not be disappointed. You may have some issue with it fitting snuggly in the ear but I have read that there is a workaround with the additional purchase of the Jabra gel ear pieces. I will find out soon.
Another vote for the Samsung WEP200, fits perfectly in the ear, small and sounds awesome. (i've tried many headsets before choosing to stay with the WEP200)
I bought Apples and It is working very well. Hasve had it about a week now. I had to put on one of the little slippers, but it fits good and sounds ok also.
I have the WEP200 headset, which works with other phones just fine, but for some reason won't work with my iPhone. It pairs beautifully, but when I receive a call and press the button on the headset it beeps but won't answer the phone. I can't get it to connect for the life of me. Is there something I am missing? Any ideas?
As a throat cancer survivor, I need a headset that will pick up my already difficult to hear voice. The JAWBONE wins, without a doubt as the best device. It clears up my voice and I can hear what's going on within the call just fine. I would say that the ear clip has some issues such as breakage, but ATT/Motorola covers it for one year. All in all, it's a nice piece.
I like the Apple one and I know everyone is prolly like booooo. But it has done the job for me and I like how easily it syncs with the iPhone and the docking stystem plus the travel charger is very convienent to have the iPhone and the Bluetooth hand in hand.
