MMS Retrieval is terrible

Aside from not having MMS (spare me those of you that think it's unnecessary) has anyone successfully retrieved a MMS through the viewmymessage.com website that you get prompted to go to?

This thing times out constantly, and when I finally made it into login with the ridiculous username and pw, the video would not play. I tried on 2 different computers, and let alone the iPhone's safari browser...that def. won't do it.

It's actually annoying to have friends laughing at me for owning a $650 phone that can't even do MMS like their $50 phones do....I really hope Apple does something in an update, and very soon.

No, they don't. These are user to user forums. There are people who monitor these forums for violations of terms and will delete inappropriate posts.

But Apple is not reading these posts for every complaint and hairbrained idea. And there will be no responses here.

If you want to make suggestions to apple use the feedback links provided. You still won't get any response, but you will have a chance of being heard.

That is incorrect. Moderators occasionally drop in, usually when it is requested by posters who have access to them. The decision makers, software engineers, managers etc. do not read these forums. Moderators do delete posts that violate the terms of use. Certain posters who have achieved certain levels can notify on posts that are not appropriate.

While I can accept that someone who is new to the forums would believe that they do the fact is, they don't. This has been discussed between the L-4's and the moderators on many occasions. It is from their direction that we remind people to use the feedback links as we have been assured that all of the suggestions sent to feedback are read by the appropriate people just as we have been told that the "powers to be" do not read these forums. Again they are designed to be peer to peer forums only.
