I get this same error...I just had an update done to my iPhone and now I can't access iTunes so my phone is locked up and no longer activated. This is great... Anyone have a solution when using Windows?
I too have had the same problem. When I updated to the new version of Itunes, I couldn't get into the store anymore and got the error with the number 11333. I emailed Apple and the emailed me back with some song and dance about how they were trying to resolve the issue. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and emailed them again last night. They emailed me back saying I should check my date/time on my pc. Okay, I have BEEN using Itunes for months now, so if my date/time were a problem, why have I been able to use Itunes for months?? This is really fustrating because I was just about to purchase my first Ipod, and why should I bother now, if I can't even get into the store and they seem to not know why? I have flushed the DNS, checked time/date a dozens times, I have tried EVERYTHING. If anyone can fix this or has any idea, I would really really appreciate it.
I am also experiencing the same problems. It seems to me that there is an issue with security certificates with Windows. I am using Windows Vista, but I'm not sure it is related to Vista or XP. I have been having issues connecting with the Itunes store for quite some time now. Apparently, Apple isn't too concerned about PC users not being able to use music on their IPods, or but music through the ISTore.
I have tried all the fixes in different forum threads, and have had no luck. Help!

Again, ditto. We all have the same story. Apple had a work around for Mac users but no fix for Windows users. I sent in a second support note reporting a bug. It was with the last update that I started getting the 11333 error. I have prepaid content I'm not able to download from iTunes now. I'm on the verge of writing a very nasty email to Apple if they don't provide some solid answers to my last report to them. Maybe if they get enough people sending in reports they'll finally take some positive action on our behalf.
I am having the same issue. This problem cannot possibly so small that is just affecting those posting here. What kills me is that Apple has no clue as to what is going on with this connection error. I have called support 3 times in hopes that I would get someone that could figure this out, but no luck. All attempts to uninstall, reinstall, disable firewall, reset iPhone have failed. The date/time thing is not the problem. I had a friend who hadn't updated to 7.4, was running 7.3.2, on the same network I am on and she could connect to iTunes. As soon as she updated to 7.4, no dice...she is having the same issues now too.
This is frustrating, and the fact that no one at Apple seems to know what is going on makes it worse.
Blackberry is looking more attractive by the second.

I have a Mac Powerbook version 10.4
I have read this forum and tried the KeyChain Access solution. This did not work. I cannot connect to the iTunes music store, and thus cannot purchase music!
Please let me know the best way to solve this issue. I would deeply appreciate a helpful response.

Thanks
Richard,
I was able to put video and songs on my itouch...but I can no longer get into itunes store since having to update to 7.4 version ...which, unfortunately is required for the new itouch. On a slightly better note, I can use my itouch on a wireless network to get into itunes. (At work) I am absolutely appalled at the lack of support from apple. Let alone their unwillingness to publicly address this issue for us window users. Disgusting

Doc1,
The "Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access" directions are for Mac PCs.
I don't know why they were posted in the Windows PC support discussions; probably by mistake.
Anyway - that's most likely why you can't find "Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access" on your PC.

This solved the problem for me after I downloaded the patch:

THAT WORKED! Thank you thank you thank you thank you. The store hasn't worked for about three weeks for me, and I've wasted a lot of time trying to fix this problem. I just needed to register for that forum and install the keychain program...and everything's working now. Thanks again!!!
This same thing happened to me. While installing the new iphone update my itunes got stupid and I couldn't complete the update process. After trying several things with apple tech support the only thing that saved my iphone was to sync it to another computer and run the update with the phone in recovery mode. Make sure the other computer has an updated itunes FIRST. But now that my phone is fine my itunes still will not connect to the apple store, error 11333. Looks like they won't be getting any money from me until they can sort this out! The tech support person had me install and reinstall several different times to get itunes working but no go. I would warn anyone that you should make a backup of your preference files because she had me delete them and now my song ratings, playlists, and everything are gone. I thought the ratings was metadata in the actual song itself but that was my fault for assuming and trusting the phone support. 😟
This worked for me too, awesome post man. Now if only apple would read their forums and fix this Sh*t.
