iSync Conduit not visible in HotSync Conduit Manager

Hello,

I am having the same problem. The iSync conduit is not appearing in Hotsync Manager. Please send me whatever I need to make this work, as soon as possible!

Computer type: MacBook Pro
OS: Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R2232)
Serial: W0L

I will do that, but there is no electronic mail address in your Public Profile. Either add one there, or send one to the address in mine and I will forward a copy of the conduit to you.

I, too, am having an issue with no iSync appearing in the HotSync Conduit. Please send me a copy.

Okay, I can certainly send you a copy too.

But, doesn't ANYBODY get this? I have NO idea whatsoever where to send it if you do not put your electronic mail address in your public profile. How could I?

You can either do that—or, as I indicated in the message just above yours—you can send a message to the address in my profile and I will reply with a copy. I don't mean to seem whiny, but you are the forth person to make such a request today without providing any means to contact them.

I have sent a copy to you also.

However, to help Apple engineers isolate and identify the issue, I need three pieces of information:

• the version of Mac OS X installed on you machine
• the build of OX, found in the About This Mac box when you select the OS X version label and press your cursor button
• the last three characters of your eleven character machine serial number, available by pressing your cursor again

Hello, I have the same problem: isync conduit does not show in hotsync manager and therefore cannot be activated. Please send me a copy of the conduit fixing that issue.

Hi Michael, you seem to be an helpful angel here for Palm users willing to use iSync. I am too lacking the Palm iSync conduit.

I used Palm Desktop 4.2.1 for Mac OS 10.4.10 and iSync 2.4.
My serialno. would be (last 3 characters): XAH

I found documents stating that the conduit would be includet in iSync from version 2 on. Do you know where to look for the file, I couldn't find it. But I am absolutely new with Apples.

Anyway, I would appreciate if you could send the file to my address:

The conduit is built-in to iSync 2.4 but does not properly install on some machines which use particular Mac OS X 10.4.9 or greater builds. Apple is investigating this issue.

I have sent a copy of the replacement conduit to you also.
