Exporting to a Mini DV Tape?

I need to export (output?) my FCP project to a mini dv tape for my sound mixer.
What are the steps to accomplish this?
The project is in Final Cut Studio 1. I own a camcorder which I can hook up to my MAC through a firewire port.

You're not going to be able to send DVCProHD via FW to a DV deck.

You'll need to drop your DVCProHD sequence into a DV sequence, render it and print that to tape.

Okay, now, I tried that saved a different project with the film sequence and CHANGED THE SETTINGS AS SAID IN THIS LINK:
