iTunes disabling CD/DVD Drive

I've tried installing iTunes 7.5 on my laptop and it seems to install fine. Once I restart my computer, however, the CD/DVD has an error. Windows thinks its a driver problem but when I run the diagnostic it says all drivers are up to date.

What does the error message say? (And what error code does it have, if it's a Device Manager warning?)

It gives me 'Device cannot start (code 10).

Maybe Apple iTunes is looking at its own list of 'supported' CD burners and doesn't recognize some?

I've tried all the fixes none of them work. I fix one then Itunes don't work. I fix the other then the DVD drive is gone. Its stupid.
