Charter.net email setup

I can't seem to get my email working. I have charter.net account and was wondering if anyone else has this that works...if so what are your settings at?

I have tried with and without adding port numbers 25/110, still no luck.

For incoming I have mail.charter.net, username + charter.net, and password.

For outcoming I have stmp.charter.net, username + charter.net, and password.

I believe it is expanded and I can scroll down but no continue. There's another way to expand the window?

Thanks Bill! I did exactly what you said and I can now send/receive email through my Charter account....finally.

Odd, as I can only get my Wi-Fi connection to work with my Charter email account. Only problem is in the receive and send within the AT&T network thru Charter.

Talk about "grief". I'm the only one in the office with an iphone (all other blackberrys) and the only one with a problem getting email on this server : (

Thanks! This got me going. I have Outlook2007 on my PC and i did this and it now works. I did go and delete the account i created on my iPod first though. Not sure if i needed to or not.
