Safari screen size

How can I make Safari screen size display the whole screen size not just zoom text but want to expand the screen the full size of the display

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

Actually David, would you know how to make that 2nd Applet pull up Entourage, instead of the built-it Mail?
