Accessing iTunes Store

You can eject the iPhone from iTunes and download, install and start using iPhone apps by visiting the App Store on the iPhone instead of waiting for iTunes "Accessing iTunes Store..."

I really don't think it's fair or correct to state that Apple is "hindering" iPhone users. An Apple tech told me that the company's server is down because of the huge demand. I think that's a mechanical problem -- not some sinister plan by Apple to annoy iPhone users

that's what we gathered- however it is very poor.

Apple knew that they would be getting a few extra hits today - surely they knew how many iPhone's were out there.

Not to be a Certified or anything, but if you have a business to run or something crucial hinging on your device operating consistantly, I'd advise against installing on the morning of the launch.

The server is NOT down. You can access it without the iPhone. You just can't access it WITH the iPhone. I guess the thing that angers me is, many people encouraged me to download the "early release," like they did. But noooooo. I had to play Apple's game. Now, the hackers' iPhones are working, everyone who followed Apple's directions are screwed.
