App store contract setup time

For those who have submitted non-free apps to the app store: how long did it take to get your contract with Apple set up? I submitted my tax/bank information last night, but my contract is still being processed. I think this means I can't submit my app yet. I'm trying to figure out whether this is abnormal.

In the "Contracts in Progress" section of the Contracts page of iTunes Connect, I have green checkmarks under "Contact Info", "Bank Info", "Tax info", and "Setup in Progress."

Anyone have ideas about what to expect?

Howdy,

We submitted our application for review on the 29th. It was moved to ready for reiview last night. We were dealing with some issues with our contracts and in the process I was told that our contracts would be active by August 6th. I don't know if that includes a delay thanks to our particular issues, but a week for contract approval sounds normal.

I'll try to remember post what happens.

I submitted an app one week ago (July 26th) and it was ready for sale Wednesday (July 30th), but hung up at the pending contract. So, it's been exactly one week in my case and that's without contract issues. I'll report back once the contracts are approved.

i am still pending contract,
i already have 4 approved apps but have no clue about contract setup completion, nothing required from me for 2 weeks

already emailed all resources i could find,
no answer for over 48 hours...

anybody else on the same boat ?

I setup my contract over a week ago and have had my app approved since then. Unfortunately it's still "pending contract" so i'm in the same boat. I hope it doesn't take too long... I'd like to start seeing $$$ roll in 😉

i am still talking about the free apps contract....
i was expecting it to be quicker than the paid ones
but at this point....

as it is i am just scared some other app like mine gets on the store,
been just getting crazy waiting since 20 of july when i submitted it...

I've been waiting since Jul 15th! My App has been "Ready for Sale" for about 2 weeks now. 😟

Yay, I'm finally on the App Store. Status still says "Ready for Sale" but I actually see it on the store now (didn't when it first went "Ready for Sale"). Make sure to keep checking the store yourself guys...

I don't know if this is the reason for you, but my app was approved on July 31st, but my contract wasn't finished until yesterday. My app went live last night, but was posted with release date of July 31st so it's not showing up when sorted by date, unless go all the way back to July 31st. It's also not showing up in the second category I picked.

Can you find it by searching by name in iTunes?

My contract got approved after sending an email or submitting an app. Not sure which one did it, but it was "in process" for weeks until finally when I sat down to get my app in, bam! It was "in effect".

Yes, I was in "Pending Contract" for around 5 days. Apparently my App has been up since the 1st according to sales/trends. Shouldn't they send the developer an email when it goes live?

Just a follow-up on my previous post. As suggested, our financial contracts were affirmed and our app went live in the store today. 😀

I wish I had none about the time to approve the contract. Now my app is in pending contract stage. I could have submitted the contractual information way earlier but waited until I had the application ready. Dumb me

I have been in pending contract status for two month already.
