Cannot edit Outlook Calendar Events on iPhone

I have upgraded my iPhone to 2.0 software, to sync with Exchange Server. As per company instructions, I have connected to the Exchange server via owa. Email and contacts sync fine. Calendar events that I enter on my iPhone appear fine in Outlook on my desktop. Calendar events that I enter on the desktop can be viewed on the phone, but I cannot edit them. The edit button disappears. The phone seems to think that I have been invited to an event (it offers "Accept" "Maybe" "Decline") but even after I "Accept" it does not allow me to edit the event from the phone.

Any ideas?

This item should be a top line support item in the FAQ. The important item here is that you need to match the Active Directory email listing exactly. While it is probably a pain, the cleanest solution on the devices we have had to touch is to completely delete the account (Not the entire device)and then setup the email again. It seems that some information may carry over. Also if you have a mispelling in the account infomation and it carries to the account descritiption you will not have success unless you correct the account description field as well.
