Iphone Apps Not Transferring To Itunes

hey guys,
did a search first!

ok so on my iphone 3g, i installed some apps to it through itunes.
works great.

i then downloaded some apps through the iphone, such as super monkey ball, bomberman, poker, etc.

but when i sync my phone it doesnt sync the apps back to itunes.
it doesnt ask me or anything.

i tried restoring, and what annoys me is that i had to purchase the apps again after the restore.

has anyone got a solution please?

also, showtime crashes, no matter how many times i reinstall it!

I find I can't edit my prior message, after some arbitrary time limit.

As I stated above, I'm curious whether the problem with syncing has anything to do with adding a second iPhone to an iTunes account already associated with an earlier iPhone.

If you're still experiencing difficulties (as described above by myself, nukem and orion) please post with the following details:

how many iPhones do you have, and what model iPhone are they?

are they all running Apps downloaded from the same iTunes account?

is the problem showing up on all your iPhones, or just one of them?

In my case I have 2 iPhones syncing to 2 computers, both running iTunes to the same iTunes account:

Phone 1: 1st Gen iPhone (16 Gb), running software 2.0, purchased first, not having the problem
Phone 2: 2nd Gen iPhone (3G, black 16 Gb), running software 2.01, purchased second, having the problem

I am experiences the same issues as everyone else on this thread. I have attempted to manually "Transfer purchases" via iTune, I have reset the "Warning" so that when I re-dock my iPhone 3G (latest software) it asks if I want to transfer purchases, etc. None of these work.

I purchased a number of apps on my iPhone and my work PC. The latest purchase, NetShare, I purchased on my PC, sync'd with my iPhone 3G. Now, I can't transfer this to my PC or any other apps purchased on my iPhone. My work PC is one of four authorized systems on my account (i.e. songs are able to transfer freely).

I know that NetShare is now no longer available in iTunes and since purchasing this app, I've had these problems; however, I have legitantly purchased this app and now I can't sync any apps with my main system, my iMac at home.

Any ideas? Apple?!?

There will be a record of anything that you buy through your iTunes account or your iphone. Go into my account on iTunes and find the information pages about your purchases. There will be a button that says "report a problem" in each grouping of purchases that billed to your card on file as one transaction. My experience in doing that has been that I've either gotten an email from Apple after reporting a problem or the download has become available again when I next logged into iTunes.
