BlueAnt Supertooth 3 transfer contacts address book to 3g iphone

What is the trick to transfer your 3g iPhone contacts to the BlueAnt Supertooth 3? It always fails. It say that transfer or phone is not supported. I can't figure out how to transfer manually. Please help! Thanks in advance.

3G iPhone, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Mine did as well. Still wish there was a way to use Voice Control though.

Got IT! Press and hold the end call button "the red one" for 10 seconds. This function is intended to be used after you add a new contact to your phone, but it also worked for me when loading the phonebook for the first time.

I have a BlueAnt ST3 with firmware BA152 and an iPhone 3G. I could never get the iPhone to upload the contacts to the ST3 although it worked fine with an LG phone I had (but like others have said, the phonebook upload is tied to a particular phone).

Anyway, apple recently replaced my iPhone due to a crack in the case.
The new iPhone 3G uploaded without a problem.

So either the new OS 3.0.1 has fixed the problem or the replacement iPhone has something (hardware/firmware) that is different.
