Over the air sync can be changed on your iPhone

iTunes says that "Your contacts are being synced with your iPhone over the air from MobileMe.
Over-the-air sync settings can be changed on your iPhone".

How do I change that so I can sync my contacts with Windows Contacts? When I tried to sync with MobileMe I lost all of my contacts and I want to get them back on my iPhone.

Hey guys, I'm having the same problem as jagsv, I tried restoring my iPhone, and nothing...deleted my work email from my iPhone, but nothing...and I no longer have the .mac/mobile me account (only used it for the free trial), so that icon is nowhere to be found on my iPhone, and on my MacBook Pro, it says I have to update my membership to mobileme in order to adjust the syncing over air...any help guys??? thanks:-)
