I understand that a mistake got made, I can live with that, it happens, what kinda bugs me is that nobody has received an email or an explanation on this delay and why. What apple should have done is send everyone an email tell them that "hey something was messed up we are working on it sorry for the inconvenience". But instead we hear nothing. I think some credit for itunes would be the right thing to do for us poor people waiting on this.

My Nano is also stuck with yours in China in the same shipment. FedEx and Apple have been completely and totally unhelpful in clearing this up, they both blame it on the other one, and I'm really starting to get freaking irritated. Does anyone know if they'll let us just cancel it, at this point i'd rather walk 5 minutes down the street and just buy one, screw the engraving. I can't imagine a multimillion dollar company like Apple has NO control over what happens to their products, even in a foreign country. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, I gave Apple a call last night and demanded a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. At first I got a rep who swore up and down this was not Apples fault on nothing they could do about it. I requested a supervisor and was given a refund of my shipping fees immediately, no questions asked.

So for all of you who made the mistake of selecting the 2day shipping, I recommend you call for a refund if you were affected by this holdup.

On a lighter note, I tracked my package this morning and it seems to have arrived in Indianapolis, hopefully thats the same for all of your orders.

Just received a call from a fedex repthey are calling all the customers involved in this shipment to explain that there is nothing they can do. They said; "the problem lies with APPLE and it's paperwork, and until APPLE rectifies it, they will continue to sit in China".
to talk about this in a forum where the entire thread wont be deleted for buissness purposes go to www.ilounge.com
Apple send FedEx the info they need we are paying customers
