Urrrgggghhhhh.....MY IPOD Nanos are stuck in Shenzhen too. I cannot reach ANYONE at Apple which is quite disappointing. I keep getting disconnected. FEDEX has been spectacular however. They have confirmed that it was a paperwork error on Apple's part and that Chinese customs would not release the mass shipment to FEDEX until this was cleared up. It is the 20th today and I ordered my IPODS on the 14th. They were due to be delivered today. This bites rocks. We should get some serious credit for Itunes for this screw-up.

Hi guys!

Well, mine got to Shanzhan today, I hope it won't want to have a nice time with the other iPods... I'd be really pleased if I got it soon.
Furthermore, maybe you all take comfort in knowing that I had to wait 6 weeks for my iPod mini last year (and that I finally got it 😉 ). So don't even start to wack out unless you're waiting for... well, a lot longer that some days 🙂

I feel with you, good luck for the journey of our iPods...

Have a nice evening.

I'm in the same "slow boat from China" and got the same info from FedEx. Today I called Apple, and they let me know that they are being held up in order to consolidate the shipment into a larger pool. Presumably this is to save freight costs.

So far, my nano has been delayed for six days. To make matters worse, I paid up for expedited shipping.

This is a total outrage - I could have bought mine down the street a week ago, but I went for the engraving and now I'm paying for it.

I have already requested a refund of my shipping costs - I suggest all those in my situation do the same, and send apple a complaint while you're at it. It's a shameful way to run a business.
