I have tested a couple of mms messages this way, and the text goes through, but the pictures do not.

I agree, this would work fine, but all of the people that send me MMS messages are not smart enough to do that. 😟 I send them messages to their carrier and they still respond with my actual phone number. What would be so bad if the iphone had MMS capabilities?

there is an app that's free by hookmobile that works,
type multimedia messaging service or mms and it will appear make sure it says by hookl mobile and it's free can't go wrong i use it too and works
and as everyone knows u can receive pic and vid txts
