Ideas about "radio tuning error" or am I off to the genius bar?

I had the same message come up when I was trying to use the iTunes remote app on my iPhone, I would press ok and it would pop up seconds later... what I did was turn off home sharing in Advanced>Turn off home sharing and after I turned home sharing back on the message did not show up.. I hope this helps
Ditto on the problem. So obnoxious. Spent about an hour with a senior Apple advisor today and he basically said wait for an update. 😟 He's going to escalate me to the iTunes team though. Noticed that the iPad remote app doesn't do it unless you try to open radio from the iPad. For whatever reason the iPhone automatically kicks up the radio. Also I realized this problem became a reality when I updated to iTunes 10.5.3. Before that it never happened.
I have the same problem. The error message just keep appearing even though I'm not clicking on the radio button. I hope they fix this issue soon.
I saw a suggestion of disabling the radio under parental controls (preferences, parental controls, disable radio. Close out of iTunes and restart) and this seems to be a work around solution for now.
Same over here:

Worked fine till yesterday. No changes.

Here's what worked for me:
iTunes - Preferences - Advanced, then click the 'Reset iTunes Store Cache' button. Close itunes then restart it. The radio stations then worked properly again. Hope this helps..
I tried Mike in Richomond's suggestion and it seemed to work at first, but it only updated one genre. the rest would still generate the error....but that was happening to me last night before i reset the cache, so i suspect that is not the fix....
😟
I tried it Mike, it didn't work. This is one irritating bug!
What i did is close iTunes, then right click, select Get Info, and select open in 32bit, this worked.
It also worked for another program that was running the same sort of error. Must be a 64bit issue.
Hope this helps.

This happens to me only if it's wired internet on my computer... but oddly on wireless everything works fine I have no error messages and the radio on itunes works fine.
Same problem, and February 27th. Has not been working for several days.
Any Solution from Apple?
I found a way to fix this which worked for me. I went to desktop right clicked on iTunes then properties and went into the compatability mode for my OS (Win7) this made it work fine. No issues with radio or with iPhone sync.
😀
This worked for me too Zechto - thank you for the suggestion!!
Hello?! Anybody from Apple with a solution to this?! This has been happening for a few days now. I have not made any changes to my system and I'm definitely online. What's going on with the radio service?
Me too, been having this problem since last Friday....someone please help, I need my music!! Everything listed previously has not fixed my problem. I'm working on a Mac OS X.
