How do I unlock the blue box?

On my single cell table, if I single click, I get the handles and the bottom turns blue. If I double click it, all sides turn blue and I can type in it. Just as a multi-cell table does.

Your graphic isn’t doing anything but taking me to Pecasa where it remains unresponsive.

You were hardly being helpful and what is it with "As it it a shape, we can't insert a picture in it", which is not true.

The easiest way to remove links is to use WordServices Format>Remove Links. Just one click.

Sorry, your visual is not working for me, but I can confirm from my own test that the image is not, in fact, contained in the cell, but must be grouped to remain there.
