Just got my new ipod touch working and I just think it is awesome. I don't want to destroy the ipod or the screen. What is the best thing out there to protect it.

it's pretty difficult to scratch the screen so don't worry about that, but a would get a case to protect the stainless steel back shell from scratches and dents.
My thanks for the link. I think the point I was trying to make was that, even with minimal protection, the glass will stand up really well, despite constant use.
can you make your answer a little easier to understand?
if so, would you keep in the FLIP-E while it's in your pocket
I keep it in my SHIRT pocket. It does have a belt loop that I've never used.
so you don't use the flip-e? Would you recommned it?
Don't mind me asking but how much did it cost? I could find a cost. I read your post when you posted the link & how can it clean it when it's inserted?
That reply was directed at the helpful F Shippey, so you have to read it in context.
Use what you like to protect the touch: I think the glass is good enough to stand up to much abuse.

you shouldn't worry about the screen, it's really hard to scratch.
this might be a stupid question but..can you have it a case (like a slider case) while you have it in the Flip-e or that defect the purpose? LOL
I've used "Power Support Crystal Film" for my last 2 ipods and have no complaints!
