Google Adsense suddenly gone missing

I have had my site up for a couple of months now and have successfully been using the Google Adsense widget to place ads. I recently made a number of changes to the site, primarily around the menu bar. When I republished the site this morning I noticed that all of the google ads were missing on all pages on the published site. They were still showing in iweb. I checked the published page source and the code for google ads is omitted. I created a second site from a template and added a google ad to it. Same problem, add shows in iweb but does not end up in the finalized published page. Other sites that I have that have not been republished lately continue to show their ads. Has anyone encountered this before or have any recommendations......thanks for any suggestion you may have

actually, i didn´t do anything because my arm was painful... it just all of a sudden works again...and i hope it remains that way. thanks everybody. thanks apple & google.

Hey All,

I have the same problem with my ads not showing up on my published sites. Unfortunately, it is only on my MBP.

They show on my desktop and they show on every pc my friends have.

I have javascript enabled and no adblocker software installed.

I am unable to see my friends ads on his page as well.

What gives?

Well I just noticed that as long as I don't touch the page, iWeb widget adsense entries continue to work. Change the page or add a new adsense ad to any site using iWeb and I get a block where the ad should be. No ads. I tried using the HTML snippet tool and copying the code from Google and pasting. That doesn't work either.

Tried the code in an alternative tool (RapidWeaver). Everything works perfectly, but RW is too complex for my better half to want to learn to do minor updates. That's what iWeb is for but it's BROKEN. C'mon Apple, this is an open issue for months, there have been updates to iWeb and it's still broken.

Misery loves company. I'm relieved to learn that I am not the only one who has experienced this troubling problem. After spending a lot of time today trying to figure out what I did wrong to make my ads disappear, I have concluded that the iWeb AdSense widget does not work. I corrected the problem on my web site by using the iWeb html widget. All you have to do is create new ads within Google AdSense and copy the html code to the html frame you drag onto your web page from the widget panel. Click on Apply. It might take several minutes for ads to appear on your pages in iWeb and in your browser (after re-publishing your site). As others have mentioned, you can customize your ads and even create a whole new palette, if you wish, using the Google AdSense ad design tool. I do wish, however, that Apple would fix this iWeb glitch. The AdSense widget is (was) very convenient to use.

Glad to see it's a bug! and not my settings or websites.
Definitely would like Apple to fix it as soon as possible.

I haven't try using html widget as a work around, but will try it... hope that still work.

The same for me! My adsense ads doesn't work with iWeb 09! Is this bug fixed? How can I solve this problem?
