Dude Perfect - How did they do it?

This is bugging me...can't figure out how they did it.

Downloaded the video and went frame by frame. There are some questionable artifacts - but don't know if it's just from the compression.

I know I could mimic it if I had a tripod and static shot. But to do it handheld, I have no clue how to do it. Any ideas?

It's the long shots against a sky background where the ball sometimes goes out of view.

Hey, I don't know, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
