Logic & EW Goliath

Is anyone using Goliath successfully in Logic?

When I change presets in Goliath it crashes logic quite often. Sometimes just opening Goliath crashes it.
This problem's been consistent with all versions of the PLAY engine in Logic 7.0, 7.1, & 7.2.x on 10.4.11 & 10.5.6 on a Mac G5 quad & a Mac G5 dual. I've tested using 3 different interfaces.

Is anyone else experiencing problems like this?

G5 Quad 2.5, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

For what it's worth, I use Goliath with Logic 8.02 plenty, and it's been fairly stable. No crashes on preset changes in my experience.

Might be a G5 vs. Intel Mac issue. I run 4 to 6 instruments on one instance of the plugin without too much problem.

The sounds are generally 'good' but I wouldn't say 'great'. THey're mostly taken from other EW and Quantum Leap libraries like Quantum Leap Brass, QL Guitars, etc. Good, solid sounds and a ton of variety. Just wish they'd done some extra work programming more controls, layers, splits etc...

Anyway, much as I hate to post a simple "works fine for me", well... that's the case.

Axium, it will really help if you update your info by adding how much RAM you have. Some issues with samplers simply come down to not having enough RAM to load the sounds. If this was the case you could either get more RAM or stream the samples from disk.
