Could not load Module "Ecore", "Xlogic", "XsoundDiver"

I just updated to Quicktime 7.6.2 and now when I launch Logic 7.2.3 I get the following error messages:

Could not load Module "Ecore"

Could not load Module "Xlogic"

Could not load Module "XsoundDiver"

Are these relevant or important parts of Logic?

G5 Quad, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

You won't be able to update from 7.0 to 7.2.3 without already owning the discs. 7.2 is a paid update.

What functionality do you lose in 8?

I am well aware of the upgrade path from 7.00 to 7.23, sadly you cannot install 7.23 once it has already been installed (as you might in order to repair corrupted files) so I will need to go back a few versions and reinstall my updates if I take that route.

As for Logic 8, my issues have been well documented on this forum. Apple have attempted to reinstate some features, but have not retained the functionality. Do a search and you'll see tons of information here about my issues. I'd rather not rehash that on this thread.

Digidesign have apparently issued a WARNING not to update Safari to version 4 as it corrupts Pro Tools 8... I wonder if this is related to my problems with Logic 7....
