Iphone sync error 13019?

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 8.2 I've been having issues synching. It will copy photos, ringtones, etc, but at some point says that iTunes could not sync "Error 13019".
(reposting in the appropriate forum)

Searching resulted in nothing.

Now my playlists on the phone are wiped out, oddly enough the music is there, but it doesnt show up on the phone. If I connect it to iTunes, it shows the music and the playlists as being there.

I did a reinstall of iTunes and chose a restore from back up, neither has worked.

Anyone else run into this?

I am running windows XP. Tried everything on Apples site and still showing error 13019. Tried under another user and it was good but who wants to log in under a different user all the time. Complete deletion of Itunes and re-install. Did not work. After disabling all voice memos etc nothing.... Went through and under file show duplicates had 5 songs and deleted the duplicates. Believe it or not after deleting duplicates it syncs. Thats what it took for me.

iPod Touch, original 16GB

Running iOS 3.1.3.

iTunes 10.5.3.3.

So before I tried to sync it, the iPod was working fine... But after I imported some new music, Error 13019 kept on coming up.

I did a factory reset... 2 or 3 times.

I restarted my computer.

All of my apps are syncing, but not my music.

I have tried syncing without music, and then re-syncing, but the problem still appears.

Go to file and click to drop down menu. click 13 lines down on "show duplicates" you will see a list of songs that are on your ipod in which you have more than one of the same song. Select and delete until only one copy of each song is on your ipod. This should take care of the sync problem. When you are finished you can click at the bottom of the page on "Display All" to view all your songs in your library.

Same problem here with my 2nd Gen iPod touch. I tried all the solutions given in various places on the Internet (multiple times), but none worked. All ended in the 13019 error and no music being transferred. Even tried gettng rid of songs in the playlists that were no longer available to open because they were up to their DRM limit. Restored the iPod several times. All software up to date.

The only thing that worked was going into the iPod settings and erasing the entire iPod and setting it up as a new one. I skipped trying to erase and then update from a previous backup just in case the backup was the problem. Now music transferred and it works again.

I had never had this problem before, and I'm thinking it might have to do with the fact that it was really dead. I hadn't used it or charged it since I got my iPhone 4S back in October. So I don't know if being that dead had anything to do with why the error occurred or not.

But it syncs music now, even though I'll have to add all the apps and other things back in with subsequent syncs.
