It is the Voice Memos in the Playlist check Box. Uncheck it and re-sync. Hopefully they will fix this bug soon so I can continue using the voice recorder as it was meant to.
I had exactly the same error.. resynced music a few times but it kept coming back
I have a voice memo on my iPod Touch of an interview, iTunes synced that to my Library which i thought was awesome at the time 🙂 saved me a hassle of trying to transfer voice memos otherwise.
After reading this tip online to disable syncing of voice memo's it seems to have gotten rid of the error (Thank you, Apple Discussions). Although I would like to sync them still... plsfix 🙂
A good idea for voice memos would be to have an option to change the gain/sensitivity of the microphone 🙂 The volume of my interview was really soft.... feature badly needed!!!
I also started getting this error message (13019) and tried the unsync/sync approach, but that didn't work... before restoring, though, I did some more troubleshooting and found out the culprit seemed to be Voice Memos, specifically one I'd renamed. Once I un-checked that particular voice memo, I stopped getting the 13019 error message... yay!
1. uncheck sync voice memos in iphone / music tab.
1.5 sync the iphone. confirm that the iphone syncs correctly when sync voice memos box is UNCHECKED.
2. copy out the tracks from voice memos playlist that you want to save. use control-click / right-click to show in finder, copy the track out to a different location (desktop for instance), and rename. then re-import tracks into itunes using the "add to library" command in itunes/file menu
2.5 listen to all tracks on iphone that you have not been able to sync. email these tracks to yourself using the 'share' command in voice memos. this is to ensure that you do not loose any voice memos.
3. delete all voice memos on iphone and in itunes voice memos playlist. in itunes, select them all and go to Edit menu / delete
4. turn on sync voice memos in iphone/ music tab
5. sync iphone again
inexplicably, all of your deleted voice memos may return, as they did for me.
I had this problem, I read some of the posts from here and re synced all my music took it all off and re added it but that didnt work so I tried once more and on the music tab I unticked the include voice memo box and this worked 🙂 hope this helps
[This thread|http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=9668070] might be of interest. The Sync Voice Memos checkbox in the iPhone preferences pertains only to Computer-to-iPhone syncing. Voice Memos will always be synced from iphone-to-computer.
