3G S , bluetooth volume, and Jawbone

Well, I upgraded today to iPhone 3.1 and it did not resolve the BT quality issue discussed in this thread. I also called Apple and they told me to go into a store to have my phone swapped out, which is garbage. I am stuck using a wired headset when talking to customers until Apple can fix this (or I can go back to a Blackberry). Sad.

Very Frustrating. I can barely hear anything when using my Bluetooth Headset. I bought the new iPhone 3Gs as soon as it was released and have been unable to use my Apple Bluetooth Headset ever since. I never had any problems using my headset with my first generation (aluminum) iPhone. I guess this has been going on for several months now for me. I used to use my headset for every call. No more. I have found numerous threads within the forums where other people were complaining about this same issue. Why Apple refuses to fix this is beyond me.

I do not believe this is a hardware issue, because I am on my second iPhone 3Gs (the case cracked on the first one within 6 days) and both have had the same headset volume problem. I think this is a software issue.

I absolutely love my iPhone 3Gs, but this has become a bit ridiculous. Even worse then when Apple released OS 10.5.7 and my Apple Bluetooth Keyboard and Bluetooth Mighty Mouse would quit working 5-6 times a day. They finally fixed that bug after several months.

Pleeeeeease Apple do something about this. You make the most awesome phone on the entire planet, yet your own Bluetooth Headset will not work properly with it. ???
