Apple FIX WIFI!!!!

good heavens, how many people complaining before Apple fixes this wifi connection problem? There is a problem. ACKNOWLEDGE IT!!! I have already had to have one phone replaced and now the second is having wifi issues. No, it is not me, read the posts and search the internet. People are having problems. I am so ready to get a Blackberry. It has wifi and you aren't forced to take a $30 monthly package. Would I recommend Iphone, NO!

I am also having the problem that my 3G is not able to find any WIFI network at all. I called the apple support, but that was not helpful at all.

A question to those people whose Iphone is not apple to detect any WIFI network too.. under general settings -> info.. is there a wifi address showing up? Because the apple support guy asked me if there would be an address.
Since there is an address on my iphone he said, it wouldn't be a hardware-, but a software problem and thus I am not getting my iphone replaced.

Some people are just acting ignorant because they don't have the problem. If you call Apple some of the customer support people actually do confirm that Apple knows there is a problem and they are working on it. They are tons of people with this problem, just the same there are tons that don't have it. Between my 3G and my 2G , my cousin's 3G, a guy i work with 3GS and my mother iPod Touch, all with 3.0, I am the only one with trouble and only with my 3G with 3.0. Apple just needs to hurry up with an update to fix the trouble. Good thing 3G is really quick in my area...

So what Apple should do is update the OS to fix the problem with your 3G and then break all the others? If the problems are that localized it will take time to come up with an update that resolves the problem on your iPhone and does not induce a problem on others. I'd prefer they take their time and get it right.

Of course that also brings up the issue of what is different about your iPhone than your cousin's.
