Can't get a windows operated laptop to connect my network

Hello

I have the following set-up: iMac + MacBook pro with Time Capsule. A network has been created protected WPA2. I am trying to connect laptops operated by Windows XP SP2 for one and XP Pro for the other. The connection procedure seems to stop when the network and the laptops are registering the IP adress with the impossibility to read the IP adress.

Anybody can help?

Can your Macs connect to the TC? ... or can neither the Macs or PCs connect?

Both Mac are connected (wireless) to the TC and everything is working fine: backup with TC and internet connection.

Sorry, then I do not have any other ideas on why the PCs can't connect. You may just have to get your technician out to take a look. Please post back the results.

I have called the Apple Hotline with my problem. After trying several things he asked me to put the CD given with the Time Capsule. A soft was installed on the PC and now it works. HAd another PC that couldn't connect did the same trick and again it worked. Seemed simple and I should have thought about it myself!
