Apogee Duet & Snow Leopard

Problem: Mac Pro OSX-Snow Leopard it doesn't recognize duet, i'm using sonnet fireware adaptor (400 to 800), my apogee maestro software is up to date 1.9.14-Snow Leopard compatible.

I don't know what's wrong maybe is the Apogee Maestro New Driver, because when i go to the system profiler it shows Duet is connected, but it doesn't appear on the audio preferences panel...the green led on Duet keep blinking, never go green solid and when i go to the PREFERENCES on APOGEE MAESTRO i can't check the "launch maestro automatically when connecting a device" box...before was working perfect with my laptop (Macbook pro, fireware 800, Mac OSX 10.4.11).

I've trying to register my product on apogee website to get support, but is not working ok, i can't create an account, something is wrong with the site...so please if anyone can help me with this issue i'll really appreciate that...is urgent!!!

Thanks

Mac Pro 8-core, logic 8, Snow Leopard, duet

I GOT THE FIX SNOW LEOPARD NOT RECOGNIZING APOGEE DUET!!!

1. rosetta, you need it.

if yo are like me, i will go into options and deselect print drivers, fonts, language, etc.
there is a box to select rosetta, this will enable your duett to work, my issue was when i bought my macpro, apple must not have installed it.

this should work for you

Got a reply from Apogee this morning:

Perform a un- and reinstall of the software update.

http://support.apogeedigital.com/index.php/duet/downloads/167-duet-uninstaller
http://support.apogeedigital.com/index.php/duet/downloads/169-duet-software-inst aller

Don't understand why they can't paste that somewhere in their FAQ's or right with the update or something. Haven't been able to try this yet so can't confirm if it works.

Still not working, is not muted. Apogee maestro can't identify the unit...You can see is conected to the Mac Pro from the apple menu/System Profile...but is not in the audio window on system preferences...the unit keep blinking but never goes on, Now i think the problem is the cable and the adapter 400/800, maybe i just need the apogee 400/800 cable, that's the only thing i haven't tried yet...

I think the problem is with the Mac Pro...i tested the same unit on a Macbook with OS 10.6.1 and was working without any problem..so i think something is wrong between the unit and the Mac Pro...maybe is the power or is the 400 to 800 conversion...Ports on the Mac Pro are Ok...because i tested with different devices....very weird situation...and waiting for new apogee answers...
